Per 04.02.25 ist dieses Zimmer in Bahnhofsnähe, unmittelbar neben der Schützenwiese zu vermieten.
das Zimmer ist etwa 16 Quadratmeter, hat ein Fenster zur Straße hin und kommt unmöbliert Außer für einen eingebauten Kleiderschrank an die Wand.
Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ausgelegt, der andere Mieter wird wahrscheinlich um, also haben Sie möglicherweise einen neuen Mitbewohner. Ein Wohnzimmer gibt es nicht, dafür ist die Küche der "Place to be" und an warmen Sommertagen der Sitzplatz im Garten, welcher grob so bestehen bleibt. Zum Bahnhof sind es zu Fuß gute 10 Minuten, 2-3 Minuten mit dem Velo.
Waschmaschine und Tumbler werden von allen Parteien im Haus genutzt, ohne Waschplan. Ein Kellerabteil + Estrich besteht ebenso.
Folgende Kriterien müssen bei dir zutreffen (und auch belegt werden können):
\- du bist unter 26 Jahre alt
\- du bist in Ausbildung/Studium
\- du verdienst unter 30'000.- im Jahr
\- du brauchst eine Privathaftpflichtversicherung

As of 04.02.25 this room is for rent near the train station, right next to the Schützenwiese.
The room is about 16 square meters, has a window facing the street and comes unfurnished except for a built-in closet against the wall.
The apartment is designed for 2 people, the other tenant might be moving out soon so you might have a new roomate. There is no living room, but the kitchen is the “place to be” and on warm summer days the seating area in the garden, which will remain roughly the same. The train station is a good 10-minute walk away, 2-3 minutes by bike.
Washing machine and dryer are used by all parties in the house, without a washing schedule. There is also a cellar compartment + screed.
You must meet the following criteria (and be able to prove it):
\- you are under 26 years old
\- you are in Ausbildung/studying
\- you earn less than 30'000.- per year
\- you need personal liability insurance
