The flat is shared by just two people (you and me!) and features one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious and welcoming living room, shared entrance storage, and a large sunny terrace, perfect for relaxing or enjoying some fresh air. The apartment also includes space for bikes, storage room and a basement laundry room with washers and dryers.


This is initially a subrent, but when I move out, you’ll have the opportunity to take over the lease yourself.


The location is ideal, quiet, green, and residential, yet still central. A supermarket is only three minutes away on foot, and the tram lines 9 and 14 are also just three minutes walking. Triemli hospital is five minutes away. It’s the perfect mix of calm living with great city connections.

A little about me: I’m a 28-year-old Spanish personal trainer. Active, friendly, and someone who values a positive and peaceful home. I’m looking for a female flatmate between 23 and 33 who is working, respectful, calm, clean and tidy, a non-smoker, and brings good energy.
