I am looking for someone to take over my lease or to sublet for my room until 01.02.2026 (more than a year). I have a housemate who is a PhD student at EPFL. The apartment has a spacious living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fitted kitchen. The location of the apartment is very close to Lausanne Flon metro station (3-4 mins on foot), and there are many grocery stores and restaurants nearby. There is also some furniture available to buy.
