The apartment is shared with 3 people (30M, 28M, 25M), all working in the area. The room is spacious and with natural light. Modern kitchen with all services and spacious bathroom. The house includes a garden with outdoor furniture and a cave. Ideal for students, phd or young workers. EPFL 8 min bike. Several bus stops close by. No pets.

The room is available from November 17th.
