Public transport is easily accessible - Unterriet tram stop (<7 mins walk), Riethofstrasse bus stop (<3 mins walk), Zurich Airport (<3 mins by tram), Zurich HB (<20 mins by bus-train)

There is a also a river and park nearby if you want some fresh air or a quick walk.

A security deposit of CHF 200 will be required and returned by 15th January 2026 after inspection.
