A very bright, fully furnished room is available for sublet. The room includes 1 brand-new bed with a new mattress and an additional 1.5-size sofa bed (that can be replaced with a desk and chair). 1 set of bed linens will be provided, 1 duvet + 1 pillow, 1 abat-jour, 1 lamp, curtains also.

Available from a date to be agreed upon. Only for QUIET people.

Non-smokers. And it is strictly forbidden to bring people home, especially for the night. Except for rare exceptions.

Regular contract, the use of the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and toilet is obviously included with everything you need (pots and dishes (since I am a vegetarian, I recommend buying your own pots only for meat and fish), 55-inch TV with Netflix included).
