Hi,

since my flatmate is moving to another city, I am looking for a new flatmate starting 1st of January or maybe already in December.

I am Svenja, in my early mid 30s and I am in a full-time job, with some HO. Otherwise I love hiking and meeting friends. As I often need to get up early, I am happy to keep the flat a calm and cozy place and would be glad to find someone who prefers it that way too :)

Room:
Currently, I do not have the exact details at hand, but I will check for them the next days. The room is spacious and has a lot of light with southeast orientation. It is somewhat about 17sqm and 1000CHF per month including utilities. The balcony is accessible from your room, but it would be nice to keep it for both of us (of course not when you need focus time or rest, you can always close your door when you are home). My current flatmate will likely take the bed and the desk to his new home. You can have the wardrobe and other furniture for a modest price.

We are on the 3rd floor and there are some houses around but you can see Züriberg from your room.

Flat:
The flat is old but comfortable, with a living room, a small kitchen (2 persons easily fit in) and a bathroom with bathtub, near the tram stops Berninaplatz and Salersteig (10, 14). We have a small cellar and a shared laundry room with shared washing machine and tumbler.
