\- Electricity: Not included; shared equally among tenants.
\- Cleanliness: Maintaining clean common areas is very important to us.

\- At least 2 months of deposit are necessary 3 are preferred since the notice period is 3 months.
\- Rent increase is to be expected by a little (less than 10%) due to contract change in the next few months.
