A room will be available in our flat starting from January 1st.

📍 Location: Hagenolzstrasse — 10 minutes from Oerlikon Station, 20 minutes from Zurich HB and the Airport.
The area is well connected, close to green spaces (Glattpark) and all main facilities. Grocery stores are within a 10-minute walking distance.

📋 About the Flat
Our apartment has a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and a large balcony. There are two bathrooms, each shared by two people.

The room is 17 m², with morning sun and sight on the greenery. The room will be unfurnished.

💰 Rent: 900 CHF/month, utilities included (except Internet, approx. 14 CHF/month, and the annual Serafe fee, approx. 84 CHF/person/year).

We’re looking for a clean, polite, and easy-going person who values a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The ideal flatmate is respectful of shared spaces and enjoys a cozy, positive living environment.

We like to spend spontaneous moments together — dinners, movie nights, or just chatting — in between our busy schedules.
