140 cm Bett
und ideal für
eine Person
. Die Wohnung ist gross, gemütlich und super zentral:
Tram & Bus direkt vor der Tür
, dazu Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich ums Eck.
Du kannst alles mitbenutzen:
Wohnzimmer, grosse Küche mit Esstisch, Bad mit Badewanne & Dusche
, WLAN, TV, Kaffeemaschine etc.
Die
Waschmaschine ist im Haus
(nicht in der Wohnung), aber
eigentlich immer frei
.

Du wohnst zusammen mit:

Simon (29)
– Prozessmanager, sportlich, oft im Gym oder unterwegs mit Freunden (2 Tage Homeoffice pro Woche)

Armando (28)
– Gärtner, Volleyball-Fan, liebt Pflanzen & draussen sein

Wir sind eine
entspannte, unkomplizierte WG
. Jede*r hat seinen Alltag, aber man trifft sich auch gerne mal spontan in der Küche auf einen Kaffee oder ein Feierabendbier, wenn’s passt. Wir suchen eine
berufstätige Person zwischen ca. 25–35
, die das auch mag – ruhig, offen und easy.

Ich bin während dieser Zeit
im Ausland
, danach
komme ich wieder zurück
, deshalb die Befristung.


Miete: CHF 970.– pro Monat – inkl. allen Nebenkosten, Internet, Strom etc.

The room is
fully furnished
with a
140 cm bed
and is ideal for
one person
. The apartment is
spacious, comfortable and very centrally located

tram and bus right outside the door
, plus cafés, restaurants and shops just around the corner.
You will of course
share all common areas
:
living room, large kitchen with dining table, bathroom with bathtub & shower, WiFi, TV, coffee machine, etc.

The
washing machine is in the building
(not inside the apartment), but it is
basically always available
.

You will live with:

Simon (29)
– process manager, sporty, often at the gym or out with friends (
2 days of home office per week
)

Armando (28)
– gardener, volleyball fan, loves plants and being outdoors

We are a
relaxed and uncomplicated shared flat
. Everyone has their own routine, but we also like to meet spontaneously in the kitchen for a coffee or a beer after work when it feels right.
We are looking for a
working professional aged roughly 25–35
who enjoys this kind of atmosphere –
easy-going, open and respectful
.

I will be
abroad during this time
and will
move back in afterwards
, which is why the rental is temporary.


Rent: CHF 970 per month – including all utilities, internet, electricity, etc.
