Our roomate will leave at the end of December and the room becomes available from January. There is a possibility for early entry as soon as October or November depending on specific case-by-case arrangements.

Please note that the rental is limited until end of March 2026, with possible extension until the summer 2026.

Location is ideal, right in the center of Baar close to the train station and to supermarkets.
