Hey, wir sind Nikolas (24, m) und Sofiene (32, m), und da unsere alte Mitbewohnerin (mit ihren Katzen) ausgezogen ist, wird bei uns nun ein Zimmer frei. Deshalb suchen wir ab sofort eine:n neuen Mitbewohner:in für unser gemütliches Heim.

Ich, Nikolas, habe meinen Master in Architektur an der FHNW begonnen. In meiner Freizeit beschäftige ich mich zwar auch viel mit Architektur bin aber auch gerne draussen an der frischen Luft, höre Musik, lese oder schaue den ein oder anderen Film. Abends bin ich zwar auch oft zu Hause gehe aber gerne mit Freund:innen in Bars oder unternehme etwas.

Sofiene studiert Drug Sciences an der Uni Basel. In seiner Freizeit macht er viele verschiedene Aktivitäten. Er ist ein aktiver Mensch, der gerne Sport im Freien treibt (vor allem Fußball) und lange Spaziergänge unternimmt (vor allem solche mit intensiven Gesprächen), aber auch gerne ins Fitnessstudio geht. Außerdem genießt er meditative Auszeiten und praktiziert täglich Meditation und Yoga Nidra. Ausserdem schreibt er gerne Computersoftware, da er großes Interesse an Programmierung und Technologie hat.

Wir sind beide eher ruhige Typen, sind aber tagsüber recht viel an unseren Unis unterwegs, sodass wir meistens morgens aus dem Haus gehen und erst am Abend wieder zurück sind. Trotzdem freuen wir uns, nach einem langen Tag noch ein paar Gespräche zu führen, mal ein Bier zur Hand zu nehmen oder auch in der Stadt ein paar Freund:innen zu treffen. Auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit legen wir viel Wert, da es einfach zu einem respektablen Umgang gehört, da wir aber alles in einer App sehr übersichtlich organisiert haben, hat das bisher immer alles ohne Probleme funktioniert.

Wir haben insgesamt drei Zimmer, ein Ess- und Wohnzimmer mit Küche (Ofen & Geschirrspüler), zwei Bäder (1x Dusche und 1x Badewannendusche) und einen Balkon. Im Keller haben wir einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Lufttrockner sowie zwei Kellerabteile als Abstellfläche.

Dein Zimmer ist ca. 18qm groß mit einer hellen Fenster-Front und einem Blick ins „Grüne" des Gundeli ;) Mit den Nebenkosten kostet es 593 Franken pro Monat, dazu kommen Internet, Recycling und Kompost, die insgesamt rund 30 Franken pro Monat kosten. Dein Zimmer ist unmöbliert, weshalb du eigene Möbel mitbringen solltest. Nach dem Auszug unserer ehemaligen Mitbewohnerin, sind wir aktuell auch am neu gestalten der gemeinsamen Flächen, sodass die Möglichkeit besteht, dass du dich hier auch gerne einbringen kannst!

Hey, we are Nikolas (24, m) and Sofiene (32, m), and since our old flatmate (with her cats) has moved out, we now have a room available. We are therefore looking for a new flatmate to join us as of now in our cosy home.

I, Nikolas, have started my Master's degree in architecture at the FHNW. In my free time, I spend a lot of time working on architecture, but I also enjoy being outside in the fresh air, listening to music, reading or watching films. I'm often at home in the evenings, but I also like going to bars with friends or going out.

Sofiene is studying Drug Sciences at the University of Basel. He does lots of different activities in his free time. He is an active person who enjoys outdoor sports (especially football) and long walks (especially those with deep conversations), but also likes to go to the gym. He also enjoys meditative downtime and practises meditation and yoga nidra every day. He also enjoys writing computer software as he has a keen interest in programming and technology.

We are both rather quiet people, though we are away at our universities quite a lot during the day, so we usually leave the house in the morning and don't get back until the evening. Nevertheless, we still enjoy having a few conversations after a long day, grabbing a beer or meeting up with a few friends in the city. We attach great importance to tidiness and cleanliness, as this is simply part of respectable behaviour, but as we have organised everything very clearly in an app, everything has always worked out smoothly so far.

We have a total of three rooms, a dining and living room with kitchen (oven & dishwasher), two bathrooms (1x shower and 1x bathtub shower) and a balcony. In the basement we have a laundry room with washing machine and air dryer as well as two cellar compartments for storage.

Your room is approx. 18 square metres with a bright window front and a view of the "green" Gundeli ;) Including utilities, it costs 593 francs per month, on top of which there is internet, recycling and compost, which cost around 30 francs per month in total. Your room is unfurnished, so you should bring your own furniture. After our former flatmate moved out, we are currently redesigning the common areas, so there is the possibility that you can also get involved here!
