I have a simple, functional studio available, consisting of:

* One main room
* Kitchen and bathroom (with a shower)
* A terrace with access to the garden

The basement is currently full of my old photography studio equipment, as I no longer work as a photographer. However, it will be free from December onward. I sometimes use the space for portrait sessions, but I have no need for it otherwise. The lamps and equipment will remain stored there.
