A room will be available from the 8th of December in our beautiful apartment in Leimbach, for a limited period. You will be living with a 23 year old male guy, student at UZH, and a 25 years old guy, working as a chef. Both are chill and uncomplicated. The apartment is very spacious (about 100m2), it is located in a quiet area, and features:

\- 2 bathrooms, one with a shower
\- a fully equipped kitchen
\- a living room
\- a balcony with an amazing view
\- Washing machines on the ground floor

The apartment is located close to shops and public transport:

\- bus stop (Sihlweidstrasse) just outside the building (less than 1 min. walk)
\- 20 min. to the Main Station
\- 1 min. walk from Coop, a barbershop and a pharmacy
\- 5 min. to Migros
\- 15 min. walk to Lidl (at Soodring 25, 8134 Adliswil)

The room is 11m2 and the rent is 990 CHF/month (including water, electricity, heating, wifi), and it is furnished. Since I will not be in Zurich from December for some period, the room will be offered from 8th of December (flexible), until mid to late January (negotiable, dates are flexible).
