Hi! I am renting out one room in my 3-room flat from 1 January 2025.

About the apartment:
\- 3 rooms (2 bedrooms) approx. 70 m2
\- Fully furnished
\- Ground floor with balcony
\- Modern kitchen and bathroom
\- Shared garden
\- 20 min to HB (tram 13 or bus 46)
\- 5 min walk to Limmat/Werdinsel
\- 10 min to ETH Hönggerberg
\- Washing machine in the basement

About the room:
\- Approx. 13 m2
\- Large window with view onto the garden
\- Furnished
\- Image #4, and top right room on the floor plan

About me:
\- 30 y/o, artist and freelancer, from Sweden
\- I mostly work at home during the days, and am in the gym during the evenings
\- I am very friendly but often somewhat socially exhausted at the end of the day, so prefer my home to be mostly quiet
\- I have a dog! A very sweet and cuddly almost 2-year-old labrador :) (Plus points if you are happy to occasionally look after him!)
