Room to rent in a 3 people WG in a nice, recent, very well located and spacious flat. The room is 12m2, partially furnished (bed 160x200 and wardrobe/storage stays the rest goes away, there is a desk available in the cave). There are 2 bathroom (one en-suite and one shared by the two other people), a big and fully equiped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer and lots of storage space) as well as a large and confortable living room. There is no balcony.

There are washing machine and clothe dryer directly in the appartment.

We look for someone (male only) between 25-32 yo, working, no student, clean, easygoing and respectful that speaks fluently english.

I, (Tim 28) am from the french part of switzerland living in Zurich since 1,5 years and working full time. I like cooking, doing multilpe sports, playing music and having friends over for dinner or a drink. Michael (32) is from germany he is very often away so you will not see him that much but he is very nice, social and easygoing (when he's there).

I work from home 1-2 days a week and usually use the living room as my office space.
