About Us & The Vibe



* We are a friendly, chill, and easygoing couple in our 20s (Chinese F and Italian M), both working as software engineers.
* We're looking for someone reliable, considerate, tidy, sociable, and respectful of shared spaces. This includes cleaning up after yourself in common areas and participating in regular house chores (e.g., vacuuming, taking out recycling).

Lifestyle
: We enjoy regular dinners, movie nights, or board game evenings with friends. Parties are not allowed due to house rules (neighbors value quiet hours).

Guests
: We may have friends/family stay over for a weekend roughly 2-3 times per year. If you decide to share the office/guest room with us, you can also occasionally host your guests for short stays.

Pets
: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. (Our neighbors’ cats do sometimes visit via the balcony).
