We (Chiara and Beatriz, both 29) are looking for a new roommate to join our modern, centrally located apartment in Zurich starting February 1st, 2026.

The apartment is on two floors, and you will have the entire upper floor to yourself (approx. 30 sqm) , including a spacious bedroom and a private bathroom. The lower floor includes the kitchen, living room, and our two bedrooms. A large wardrobe is included in your room, and the shared areas are fully furnished. There is also a balcony, a private cellar and space for bicycles in the inner yard.

The building is located on quiet Lindenbachstrasse, just a 5-minute walk from the Limmat. The neighborhood is very well connected to Zurich HB and the rest of the city via several bus and tram lines. Two Migros and a Denner are also within walking distance.

Chiara works as a researcher at the Swiss Children's Rehabilitation Center and likes swimming and hiking. Bea works for the utility company Swissgrid and likes baking, doing yoga and trying new activities. We both enjoy spending time with friends and having a chill dinner at home after cooking together.

We are looking for a calm and tidy person, ideally around 25 to 35 years old, who enjoys a friendly and respectful WG atmosphere.
