Apartment in Zurich-Oerlikon!
We, Keita (22, Female, Financial Analyst) and Alex (28, Male, PhD Researcher at ETH), are looking for a new roommate for our cozy 4.5-room apartment in Zurich-Oerlikon.

The Room:
* Approx. 15 m²
* Fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, two dressers and TV
* Bright and friendly atmosphere
* Direct access to the large terrace

The Apartment:
* Spacious 4.5-room apartment with modern amenities
* Common areas: living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms (everything is fully furnished)
* In addition to the balcony, a large terrace that opens into the private courtyard.
* Convenient: We have a cleaning lady who comes every two weeks and cleans the common areas. This leaves more time for the finer things in life!
* Important: We have a super cute kitten (Luca) in the flat, so we’re looking for someone who loves animals and is happy living with a cat.

Keita (22, Financial Analyst at PwC): Originally from Latvia, Keita is positive, reliable, and values a clean, harmonious living space. She enjoys shared activities like cooking and going out, while also appreciating her quiet time.
Alex (28, PhD Researcher at ETH): An interested and communicative mind who either works out at PC gaming or triathlon training.
We value a harmonious shared apartment life where you feel comfortable. We enjoy cooking or chatting together from time to time, but also respect each other's privacy.

* Aldi is located directly in the building.
* A Coop is only a 2-minute walk away.
* Oerlikon train station is a 3-minute walk away.

Rent:
* 1400 CHF per month (incl. utilities, except electricity & internet).
Electricity + internet: approx. CHF 70–80/month per person.
* Available from January 12th

Furniture for Takeover:
The room comes furnished, and we are selling all the room furniture for 850 CHF. We'll prioritize applicants who are willing to take over the furniture.
