In meiner schönen Wohnung im Kieshübelweg in Rheinfelden ist ein Zimmer frei. Ich wohne hier aktuell alleine und suche einen Mitbewohner, mit dem man eine angenehme, gemeinschaftliche WG aufbauen kann – also keine Zweck-WG, sondern ein entspanntes Miteinander.

Zur Wohnung / zum Zimmer:
- 12 m² grosses, helles Zimmer, ideal geschnitten und gut möblierbar
- Eigenes, separates Bad zur alleinigen Nutzung
- Moderne Wohnung mit Zugang zu einem Balkon
- Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Wohnung
- Grosses gemeinsames Wohn- und Esszimmer
- Voll ausgestattete Küche

Zu mir:
- Ich bin männlich, 25 Jahre alt und berufstätig (in Basel). Ich bin unkompliziert und ordentlich, und mir ist wichtig, dass man in der WG ein freundliches, entspanntes Miteinander hat. Ich bin erst kürzlich nach Rheinfelden gezogen.

Gesucht wird:
- Eine offene, zuverlässige Person (m/w/d), die ebenfalls arbeitet oder studiert und Lust auf eine entspannte WG hat. Nichtraucher*in bevorzugt.

Einzug:
