We are Yasser, Maria, Sofia, and Ladina (who is moving out soon). Our group is a blend of international backgrounds, hailing from Lebanon, Greece, Italy, and Switzerland. We're between 24 and 27 years old, with Yasser and Maria pursuing PhDs, and Sofia being a project manager.

We're hoping to find someone 24-32 years old who is either a working professional or a PhD student with similar outlook on shared living. We enjoy hanging out together, organizing and doing fun activities from time to time and enjoying impromptu discussions in the kitchen or over a lovely meal. At the same time, we respect each other's space and have our own individual lives.

We're looking for someone to take over this cozy 14.6 m2 room in our shared flat as soon as possible. We have an extra wardrobe that the new tenant could take (as indicated in the pictures). The rent 890 CHF excluding extra costs (around 40 CHF per month).

Our 5.5-room apartment is fully equipped and conveniently located near Stettbach station (4 minutes to Stadelhofen and 7 minutes to Zurich HB). You'll also find Lidl, Migros, Denner, dentists, bakeries, restaurants etc. as well as several bus lines and tram lines in the close vicinity.

The flat features a spacious living room, an open kitchen, a storage room, two bathrooms, our own washing machine and dryer, and a nice private garden.

We’re currently giving the flat a little upgrade with new furniture (due to some being moved out)! To cover the costs, each flatmate will contribute between 250 and 300 CHF (still to be determined).
