Ich suche ab 1.12.2025 eine liebe, ruhige MitbewohnerIn, die Lust hat, sich ein schönes Zuhause zu teilen. Die 3- Zimmer Altbau- Wohnung liegt in einer grünen und ruhigen Gegend nahe Escher- Wyss- Platz, direkt an der Limmat- perfekt für einen kurzen Sprung ins Wasser im Sommer! Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, hat ganztags Sonne und vom Balkon eine wunderschöne Aussicht ins Grüne. Dein Zimmer wäre ca. 20m2 gross, es hat einen grossen Schrank, der bestenfalls übernommen werden müsste (gratis). Ansonsten ist das Zimmer unmöbeliert. Die Miete beträgt 1252.- monatlich ohne NK. Nichtraucherin von Vorteil.
Zu mir: Ich bin 31 Jahre alt und wohne bereits seit 3 Jahren in der Wohnung (die Wohnung selbst ist entsprechend vollständig ausgestattet). Ich bin Ärztin und arbeite meist tagsüber, bin also oft gar nicht zuhause. Ab und zu habe ich jedoch Nachtdienst, weswegen mir ein ruhiges Zusammenwohnen wichtig ist. Ich bin ordentlich, schaffe es jedoch nicht immer, rechtzeitig das Altpapier auf die Strasse zu stellen ;-). Vor dem Putzen habe ich jedoch keine Scheu.

The 3-room apartment is an old building located in a green and quiet area near Escher-Wyss-Platz, right by the Limmat River — perfect for a quick swim in the summer! The apartment is very bright, gets sunlight all day long, and has a beautiful view from the balcony.
Your room would be about 20 m², with a large wardrobe that ideally should be taken over (free of charge). Otherwise, the room is unfurnished. The rent is CHF 1,252.- per month. Non-smokers preferred.

About me: I’m 31 years old and have been living in the apartment for three years (thus appartment fully equipped). I’m a doctor and usually work during the day, so I’m often not at home. Occasionally, I have night shifts, which is why a quiet living environment is important to me. I’m tidy, though I don’t always manage to take the recycling out on time ;-) But I don’t shy away from cleaning!
